If you don't know how to change your font, right here is the answer:

Go to : Start windows, Control Panel, "Clock, Language and Region", Keyboards and Languages,Change Keyboards, General, Add, You find : Khmer(Cambodia), Khmer. just choose that Khmer option then click OK to apply your change, that's it.
